I want to share a quick update about a small scheduling hiccup we discovered.
It turns out that the dates in the syllabus published to OnCourse did not match the dates in our Canvas Blueprint (the master 200 Canvas Course that syncs to all sections) — which is the master course shell used for all sections of INFO 200. Somewhere between those two systems, things got slightly out of sync.
Here’s what this means for us:

Blog Report #3 is now due March 8

Blog Report #4 will be due March 15
In addition — and because I know many of you are still getting settled, diving into the readings, and wrapping your heads around models, theories, and research — I’m going to push the Model/Theory Summary due date to March 1.
This gives you a solid two weeks to read carefully, explore the literature, and begin thoughtfully shaping that assignment.
My apologies for the snafu between OnCourse and the Canvas Blueprint. The good news is that this gives everyone some additional time, which I truly believe will be beneficial as you build momentum in the course. Will update this week’s module, introduction, and the schedule page and all of the posts going forward.
